How can you guys blindly sit by calling this a conspiracy, when the trades go through every morning?

Okay, some very quick what if's for you..

What if its an anti fraccing consort buying us out?

What if its a group that wont drill for 10 years buying us out?

What if they want seats on the board and hence steer our long term direction?

What if its the national turkey shoot company buying us out?

We're just after corporate governance to kick in and make the shareholders aware of what % of SSN capital is held in ADRS, before we need your lawyer, (who wont be able to help by then.). You should be engaging them now to make sure none of my "crazy conspiracy theory, what if's" never happen..

To ignore issues that may affect your investment is what you should be focusing on, names of employees or the cars they drive wont matter too much, yet.

Understand your investment with both eyes realistically open, dont wait for it all to be too late.
