I too was wondering about this. We know 57% of the portfolio in private hospitals and the other hospital tenants will still be grappling with similar cost escalation and argy bargy with unions and health insurers. I think private equity has got its fingers burnt here. Imho hospital assets are better owned by non for profits, universities etc.
With that said we have a growing and aging population. Hospital beds will be required one way or another.
