The investor will be issued USD50 million worth of convertible notes and the same will apply only when FDA approved rynocil.
Investor will be issued 2 million warrants with each warrant equal to one ADR
The warrant have a maturity of 4 years.
Am I right upto here?
Company will return the amount to investor in form of shares or capital or use of warrants.
There will be no interest on convertible notes.
Investor will make money from converting warrants into ADR which will hopefully be much more than the offer price.
Am I understanding in right way?
