There is a massive comprehension issue here by a poster?
The poster cannot comprehend what is written on a forum in a few paragraphs that has clearly shown they don't understand simple documents and insist on trying pointless defining or words in common use ???????????????????????? Anyone see a parallel with possible phone conversations and comprehension and probable pig pigheadedness?
Then this expert in English language, contract terminology, electronics,design ,production and distribution , business generalities , accounting - where does the list end ?? who can't comprehend simple documents or ever admit they get things wrong and persist with slights at everyone wants compo?
It is not as if the share price ( let alone multiple posters posting alternative reality) wasn't indication something was up?
Don't forget to use the HC posts as a timeline to show to your lawyer , as they are so convincing of your understanding showing even when you are told by multiple anonymous posters what you insist is real is a 99% physical , regulatory, financial or business impossibility and a mirage and that lawyer will be jumping at the opportunity to run your case! LOL or is that lol of at this time of year Ho Ho Ho. Imagine the money the lawyer can make chasing a executive who has had months of advice on your shareholder $ to confirm they are in compliance and then your lawyer has multiple advisors indemnity to try and get a case up against. Can't wait to read your statement of claim. Perhaps you could settle for the pre-production set from CES? So rare they must be a collectors item?
