Spoke with someone in the local government space. According to her, Tech One is the best accounting software, but only the local governments who can afford it are moving over. The rest are going to Datascape (owned by Datacom). Suggests that perhaps TNE can't push prices higher.
I'm from WA and a lot of local governments are moving accounting softwares at the moment.
