I see Nine Entertainment shareholders voted a first strike at the company's AGM, on the media group's remuneration report, with 37.41% against. Great to see an increase in shareholder vigilance and pushing management to try harder and get out of the trough

Some others past 12 months I believe are :

Karoon Energy Ltd: In June, Karoon Energy faced a shareholder revolt at its annual general meeting, with over 26% of shareholders voting against its remuneration report. Investors criticized the company's focus on acquisitions rather than returning capital to shareholders

Fortescue Metals Group Ltd: In November 2023, Fortescue received a first strike against its remuneration report, with 52.44% of votes cast against its adoption. This was attributed to shareholder dissatisfaction with executive payments and company performance.

Northern Minerals Limited: At its annual meeting in May, 37.5% of votes were cast against the company's remuneration report, resulting in a first strike. This was due to concerns over executive pay and company performance

ASX Limited: Shareholders delivered a first strike against ASX's executive remuneration report, with 26.15% of votes cast against its adoption. This occurred amid shareholder dissatisfaction over the company's handling of the CHESS clearing and settlement system.

Australian Clinical Labs: The company faced a substantial protest vote against its remuneration report, with 45.3% of votes cast against its adoption. This protest vote constitutes a first strike under Australian corporations law.

Perpetual: At its annual meeting, 88% of shareholders voted against the executive remuneration report, leading to a first strike. The dissatisfaction stemmed from planned retention bonuses totaling $3.1 million for five top executives, despite the company's prolonged low share price.

Dexus: The office landlord and property funds company received a second strike over its pay practices, with almost 26% of proxies lodged against its remuneration report. This was due to concerns over a now-dumped options scheme for its new chief executive, Ross Du Vernet (Oct 2023)

Nine Entertainment Co.: The company received a first strike against its remuneration report, with 25.5% of votes cast against its adoption. This was due to concerns over executive pay levels and performance metrics.

Tabcorp Holdings Limited: Tabcorp received a first strike on its remuneration report, with more than 25% of votes cast against its adoption. This was attributed to shareholder dissatisfaction with executive bonuses and long-term incentive plans.

Platinum Asset Management Limited: The company received a first strike against its remuneration report, with more than 25% of votes cast against its adoption. This was due to concerns over executive pay and performance alignment.

Finally, this is the desired outcome if we get a No vote over the line :

Qantas: Despite shareholder criticism over past management issues, Qantas avoided a second strike at its AGM, with shareholders supporting the remuneration report. The airline's financial performance has been strong, with significant share price increases and revenue growth.
