CLIA waiver should have occurred simultaneously to FDA approval. As i mentioned, it appears they went the easy route to get FDA approval first as they clearly didn't have the funds to do the waiver study.
They SHOULD have raised study funds at .07c if they had even an inkling of what the cost was going to be and avoid the current state of things. Poor management on that part.
I think the Barda deal was LUCK and to be frank and i feel that should be using the $3Million they got prior to the Barda injection to support a share buy back and to support the shareholders and reduce the dilution they created in the first place.
To have the amount work done in the last 18 months and to be nearing the 52 week low AGAIN is disgusting.
