having requested a recent Top20 many of those holders have been accumulating holdings with regularity, including one particular holder who works in the Capital Raises sector, so when the cap raise guy is accumulating I take that to mean they don't expect any further raises ? IMO
each to their own with their decisions to hold / buy / sell though, all just my opinion and observations.
