It's by no means certain that this vote to de-list will get up
It's a Special Resolution, so requires 75% to pass, and from a look at the register from the last Annual Report it's a very spread register, with not many top holder to carry this through.
A few others have tried this and failed (eg Flexiroam in 2019)
Interesting... and very nuanced. Whilst de-listing might be in the best interests of the Company (eg by removing something like $600K of annual listing, audit, board costs etc), it may not necessarily be in the best interests of Shareholders...
