Just to add some juice here, If ARU fail to get the dollar$ it needs because those in the command are actually looking at the broader market and have realised that ALL that has been peddled for years in relation to forward demand is the biggest crock going around.

Or maybe, just maybe ARU do get the dollar$ and then they get to construct and then get to the point of commissioning and ramp up and realise that so many more dollar$ are required just to try and get the plant running steady state, producing on spec product and then hopefully up to nameplate, but then they realise they don't have anyone who has any idea as to how to do this.

Don't be afraid to do the memory lane trip in regards to Lynas and MP, and actually give a lot of thought as to where they are ACTUALLY now.
A plant producing on spec and @ nameplate is by no means any easy feat. China had 30 years head start to refine and fine tune their processes. Also take a look at who it was that helped Lynas to achieve a producing plant , who do ARU have.

So then moving forward, maybe ARU go belly up, and gets sold for a song like MP June 2017 $20.5m USD. So then GR with LYC who actually have the hard earnt IP and knowledge as to how to get a plant running steady state, producing oxides, and getting to nameplate and beyond, if possible, buy for dollar sweets.


FFS the sum of dollars Hyundai has been reported to be throwing at their EV future vision, they could easily cover ARU's plant with a sneeze, but who can guarantee them that its going to even work. Has anyone even thought as to what Hyundai and Kia will do with an NdPr Oxide. And don't rule out disruptions to the south from the northern little rocket man.
