Well, I say don't set a deadline if you don't mean to stick to it... and if you do set one and wish you had not - tough, announce what you know at that time.

On monday they would have been in a position to announce something like:

Whilst testing continues the following has been confirmed
- The four ECP's are providing isolation for each zone as planned.
- The original wellbore has been confirmed as the source of the water production prior to the re-completion.
- Zone #4 which was in communication with the original wellbore has been shut-in downhole with the sliding sleeve in this zone.
- Zones 1, 2 and 3 are currently open and test results are inconclusive at this stage.

Nido will provide a further update when conclusive results are available.

If they had done that then I'd say fair enough... but they didn't did they.

There is no bigger believer in the assets that Nido have managed to capture than myself. Operationally they are however... rubbish.
