it is something like the below and I believe an announcement.
1) Directors will receive two thirds of their fees in shares minus tax
2) Directors expected to hold the amount of shares equilivent to 1 years fees.
3) Key management expected to have the amount of shares equal to 50% of their base salary within 2 years
