I really don't mind the Directors getting these options. 45 cents is a little bit close to where we are now before they come into the money i.e. not much work for them to do. They do run the company very lean and are entitled to a payday. It's just that if they can tell us about this they can tell us about LD, LM etc etc. If they were rewarded for their communication skills they would starve.
