Happy for debate, you call red flags but don't name anything specifically. You said you would sell 50% of your holding yet you haven't sold anything but your here here saying you spoke to this person and that person. Your trying to get others to sell. I can see right through you.
If you have genuine concerns, you wouldn't be posting them here to scare people before you actually sold your own shares. People sell FIRST, then tell people why they sold IF there are REAL concerns.
you'll be in for a rude awakening when results come out IMO. DYOR. if you believed that in the slightest, you would have already sold.
