The price chart seems to show it is rather a pot that was once boiling (with earlier hype of a takeover / similar action being priced in) and now it has been slowly cooling off as more and more uncertainty around funding and the likelyhood of a capital raising in the coming months creeps in?
What is the evidence of the share price being held down by a "bigger fish" as you claim? Are you tracking the T20? Who has a large enough holding and is doing the selling to be able to push down the share price? I don't see any evidence of it but am happy to be shown otherwise.
