I don't think so personally. The only way they will ever get that refinery now is if the mine is restarted ASAP IMO. The Vietnamese are intelligent people who really do want a refinery and will take every step necessary to ensure they get it. The purpose of the export tax is to gain the refinery not to penalise and deter those seeking to build it. It's the decisions which were made by management here which have led us to the position we are in. It can only be described as an exhibition of poor judgement in my assessment. Accentuated by this CR and its timing. It couldn't be worse. Capital will wait and see what happens during the next while as we transition to a new world under King Trump. The timing, the price...the objectives of this raise... No. BSX has left itself wide open and will likely suffer gaping wounds. SW has failed us.
