Just another call out to those that don't understand what this means at the AGM. Voting against the remuneration report DOES NOT mean management will be sacked. Voting against the remuneration report means management get a 'strike' and 12 months to start making shareholders happy or potentially face a second Strike which would show them the door. Please do your homework on this matter. It's important management are made aware that they are accountable to us as shareholders and WE keep them here because they are performing well. The SP today is $1.26. it's less than it was before the $1.50 credit raising a year ago. How can anyone be happy with a negative performance on their investment over the past 2 years? We have heard all the excuses about this being a result of shorting etc etc. Excuses DO NOT cut it. They are steering the ship and need to take control whatever the issue is. Sick of lies about asset sales, sick of lies about AISC, Sick of lies about grade, Sick of lies about timelines. Sick of lies about bonuses. Sick of delays and missed targets. Sick of poor communication. Let the company know by Voting AGAINST the remuneration report. Again this does not sack management! It send a strong signal that we are unhappy and gives them 12 months to fix it or face the music.
