Same old sheet, same old management nothing new here, why do a cr now simple answer easier to suck in people at 2 cents a share then at 8 cents a share. And doing it now means money in the bank before shareholders wake up and find no deals done in 3 months, companies still testing and David making same promises of near term revenue with no results. Management of a lot of lower end market companies always seem to raise at the wrong time at a heavy discounted price and thereby are shareholders worse enemy. If a deal was near then why would they need to do a cr at all. What chance do shareholders have if offered to participate in the cr, if they don't then their share holdings are diluted, if not and no cash raised company becomes insolvent and shareholders lose again
