p.diddy( the p&d)

Any one got word yet on the P Diddy? (P&D). Being un farmiliar with stock's in this boat, can any one tell me at what point the P.Diddy comes in to play?.

Does it occur briefly after the Soph's get placement or does it take a little more time for the market to implode with raging soph sellers?...

Will it be simply the P.Diddy(P & D) phenomenon at work lowering prices?

OR

Could it be that after placement more stock is on issue.... the more of anything the less each piece of anything is worth.

Is the fall in value simply market efficiency determining fair value at that point in time ....given the new amount of stock on issue?

OR

Is the P.Diddy the true reason for lower prices...
