If ASIC wernt corrupt pos they would be all over this. a2 has been abused by instos manipulation since 2020. They should be looking into a2 management aswell as wouldnt rule out there is money under the table to DB and co in order to keep the short status quo going. There is no possible excuse for their mismanagement now, other some bs going on behind scenes. They either give a divvie or gtfo. Really a divvie and they gtfo would be best.
