Although it appears a big dilution, I actually like it. One of the RXL problems is it did tiny CR all the way and always very soon market expected it need further CR again and hence SP couldn't move forward. My original purchase was over 30c, but I am happy for such an arrangement. Forget entitlements. Most holders are lack of guts to take up offer. Good to have new corner stone investors on board.
