I am not fully aware of the reasons behind the changes at ILA so I can only speculate. Paul may have felt that now was the right time to move on having ensured that ILA is cashed up and has two amazing development opportunities to advance. Always better to leave when things are going well.
On a personal level I have always found Paul very interesting and personable to talk to and I am sure he has plenty of other interesting opportunities to work on.
