Correct me if I'm wrong, but Shock Doctor were still in the development phase with a boil and bite and that's probably why HITiQ haven't lashed out on branding their R&D / validation mouthguards -https://www.intelligentinvestor.com.au/investment-news/hitiq-plots-path-to-brain-trauma-solutions-with-data/152472
Once those patents are granted in the US (if they are), I think we'll learn more about what happened to those discussions with Shock Doctor. I can see a future where HITiQ make dosh in the licencing for boil and bite and directly sell moulded, or kits to mould to customers (not just players).
