I no longer care about their annual or quarterly reports. Even if they really get that $40M funding, it would only keep CBR alive for another six months.
The only way I can think of to prevent their collapse is:
1: Securing a major order from a well-known OEM model (ideally Tesla’s Cybertruck or Model S).
2: Announcing this news to the market and highlighting that the contract is worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
3: Pushing the share price up above $100, then informing the market that they need to raise $100 million to establish new production lines to meet Tesla's demand.
4: If they can actually achieve the first three points, I believe most people would participate in this CR.

This is the only way I can think of to save CBR.
