Frustration is regarding further dilution to Mum and Dad retail shareholders with another capital raise when its not necessary except maybe for more voting share to Insto's before AGM or to gift Insto;s who appear to have sold out from the last raise. ( who knows- Im guessing)
This does not benefit retails shareholders - it benefits the Insto's and top end of town.
For those who have connections or financial ability its an amazing deal.
For those who dont have access to the deal or financial capacity - it another dilution at 2 cents
Why wouldn't I invest - something is going here. - follow the money as they say.
