Think it's fair to be critical over matters like announcing a joint venture partnership with a British company and not disclosing the significant EMP links with that company, including common directorships.
The number of raisings as well since consolidation has also been significant.
Lucky they have new investors and players in here following the most recent raise. That might just be good for EMP to finally get some significant project progress.
Not expecting much from the gold either- that's a hail Mary imo!
