aaremms, disagree with your first two points and agree with the third and the fourth.
1. They will all decline if the SP is 10c and they have to pay 12c.
2. Bit of furphy all round. Who wouldnt want to buy shares at 12c when it was trading at 14-16c.
3. Correct and the CR buyers are not going to dump into depth at 12 and 12.5c, unless something drastic happens with results.
I disagree with ognid's wording and post. It is opportunistic to have a CR, but aren't they all?
