They want to have a signature on a deal in an iron clad contract.
If I participate fully in the CR my average price per share drops by 0.005 and my valuation, this morning, has dropped by ~50K ouch!
We were able to raise loans during the Diasource debaccle. Not good but could be done. It would seem they are not overly confident of the deal, otherwise a loan would not be out of the question after signing contracts.
How can they ask for a "performance" bonus?
