Gap filled from this morning jump. $9.00 is difficult to maintain but all my technical indicators are pointing to a buy. As reported by Marben from SS, Itochu did not get to increase holding from the CR. I can only infer a better spread of the large holders assuming the take up went to a new entity.
The longer RIO wait for all the stars to align like DFS, mining license, the more it will cost them to acquire their ultimate price.
