I'm happy it went that way and the meeting focussed on the future not the past. - Greg talked about succession and deficiency in past hiring (lean to academia). Again good they admit it, but for me disappointed that there was such a gaping hole. Isn't that part of the responsibility of the company (board in particular) to manage risk? It is for me anyway. - Simon feels like the right person for the transformation of Archer from inventing to engineering.
