    Interesting announcement. Looks like some price sensitive action on the way. CCU taking preemptive action against any possible claims of insider trading down the track. Can never be 100 % but it looks like the price sensitive information will be positive for us shareholders.

    Had a little look at SLR and they are already a producer and similar to CCU. They are trading at about $ 2.5 a share.

    Bring on 2011.
