Must be some bad health issues to finish a GM up on the spot who has been there from project start with no succession plan... moving on it could play very well for NHC. An insider on the management team to get a better insight in the day to day issues, budget spend and a further capital raise to increase holdings at a discounted price. 100% we would pay more if it was on track, drifts finished and LW ready than buying little chucks along the way.
