well, the WBC SP is $32 AUD not $39 AUD, quite a big loss there when all the other banks except for the Bank of Queensland also affected by money laundering "enforceable undertaking" issues are at record prices.
WBC SP is clearly well underperforming the market and nowhere near record highs.
