Reads to me the company knows it's running out of cash and will struggle to raise the $80M per year via capital raises to keep going.
Therefore switch up plans and get all IPs onto out licencing agreements and let other people run with it.
Like precision bio did to us on Azercel.
Not looking like a multi bagger anymore. Maybe 1 or 2 bags if they can hook one agreement.
