Every time a company goes into a halt and there is a cap raise linked they would have mentioned that a ‘cap raise’ is part of it… they don’t need to as they have sufficient cash and debt facilities and why would you if you don’t need to - this stock is still way under the radar and trading at 9 x 2024 EBIT and the ASX 300 average is 14 times - so they have given guidance much higher for 2025 .. with any deal they announce now it will be very interesting to see the details of the business they are buying
