Nope, they had the bankers and investors over in Mauritania two weeks ago. Took them on a tour. I also think the water issues in Namibia are fast-tracking a few uranium plays. Assume it has something to do with the investor/banker visit two weeks ago. Fingers crossed. Also with all the big wigs in country, they would have met the Ministry - so they might have re-negotiated some terms. So could be two things - an amended deal with Govt, or bankers and investors like what they see.
