If the Americans come into the next raise the company will be higher in capitalisation and probably be headed into an index.
i can’t see the USA leading an issue and allowing Aussie institutions a free ride either.
We must assume that the consolidation is all about packaging for US investors … and the kidney drug is the bait.
The roadmap for kidney trials over 2025 is expected to lob in coming weeks and then it may be ‘action stations’.
I also can’t see the Chairman issuing shares under $2 given the positive outlook and the other options available
