I'm no expert but if Vlad put SRN into administration, he is only secured creditor along with employees with are directors. He doesn't need to transfer assets he could negotiate with administrator as he owed $12M + and it unlikely someone would pay that amount considering market less than $10M. No doubt SRN need capital to stay afloat that for sure.
