As previously announced, Richard Hughes and David Orr were appointed Voluntary Administrators of Redflow Limited (ASX: RFX) and its subsidiaries Redflow International Pty Ltd, Redflow R&D Pty Ltd and Zcell Australia Pty Ltd (All Administrators Appointed) (Redflow Companies) on 23 August 2024.
At a concurrent meeting of creditors held today, 15 November 2024, creditors resolved to wind up the Redflow Companies, with David Orr and Richard Hughes now appointed as the Liquidators.
The Liquidators will continue to pursue the recovery and realisation of Redflow assets for the benefit of creditors, including the sale of intellectual property.
