May not have made it in 2004 but it certainly hasn't taken long to get there in 2005. SHV finished at $10.10 today, but has traded as high as $10.20 in the last week.
This is definitely not a stock for traders though as it is quite tightly held. Average daily volume is about 10,000 which is a rather small percent of the total shares on issue.
