That's not an easy answer.
The number of $3b scares the poop out of me though, it's not worth that much. Media speculation got it real wrong there.

The real questions:

1. does the quality change fast or slow as the 500 series are harvested.
2. where does the quality change, LW502 or LW510
3. exactly how much Primary A product is there?
4. What is the specific energy of Product B... is it that crappy a thermal product that you can't even tell us?
5. Does that Product B have any CSR or does it turn to dust in the coke ovens.
6. Plenty of other serious questions need to be asked about Kestrel, there's plenty of rumours around the basin that it's a car with blown rings being hidden by some sort of thick oil.

Seriously, it'd be a real pisser if the mine was purchased with an expectation of all the 500 series being good quality when it degraded to a crappy thermal product in in LW503
