    If you are disgusted with this CR every 2 months capper make sure you Do Vote  and VOTE AGAINST motions 4, 5 & 6. Each of these motions does not reject the issuance of the now issued shares & options but it exempts them from being included in the listing rule that limits issuances of new shares to 15% pa.

    I would also suggest voting against the remuneration report also if you're not happy with the companies performance, as I am.
