Hawkes Point sold them to a range of institutions
it was an important step in a liquidity formula for the company to go into the major indices in March
i suspect Hawkes Point now have their money back and have ~20% free carried for the longer term.
i am told the demand far exceeded the seller instructions
I thought they would be a strategic seller of their whole stake into a bid … but it seems they may prefer to take a long term view and see where Luke can take this.
i still think OBM is the next NST
