    is quite feasible that Rio might offer them a deal on coal taken out of the RIV project for a discounted price.
    would make it easier to get control of the shares and TATA steel is happy because it gets it coal that it needs the question is i guess can TATA trust RIO not to try and screw them.
    guess we find out with then the next month or so
