Unbridled optimism last August

Brokers are pushing this one hard, will get pushed up to $1 in a couple of quarters easy
Seems like it's gonna be free flow announcements and this will rise to blue sky heaven
Three separate posts all on the same day where it seemed 'the share price validated without question' whatever level of research was undertaken, it could have been 5 minutes or 5 weeks of research, but the level of optimism was overwhelming. We all know now that the announcement didn't stand up to scrutiny, it wasn't economical and the market got ahead of itself and people probably didn't read the announcement.
This was a $200mil market cap at the time, would it have stood up against other companies of similar value?
