The $5,000,000 option to purchase for Ratta or a nominee is most cost-effective at 2 cents. Recent buying suggests that Ratta has perhaps the ability to exercise his right to convert at this price point.
Interesting to see if Ratta triggers a change in substantial holdings announcement this coming week (ratta holds 4.85%)
I must admit, the strategy here leaves me a bit perplexed.
