This will be the 3rd AGM we've looked at for this stock and the Market Cap was $150 at the first one, $90m at the second and now $50.
$100M in value destruction! You'd hope any flights are economy on FF points and every member of the Exec Team has a strong business case to exist and demonstrated high performance.
No peer businesses, in Au and overseas, have such a suite of Execs with no battery knowledge or experience.
ADO stands out in this regard and its highly transparent to any seasoned player in the battery space.
