(e) Going concern

….. As at 30 June 2024, the Company had net liabilities of $244,032 and subsequent to year end, the Company entered into a finance facility for an amount of $500,000 which was fully drawn post year end (refer to Note 22). These conditions give rise to a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt upon the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.

I've sold my last holdings at a loss. Knowing my luck, the SP will now skyrocket, the options will be exercised and BP will stage gladiator fights to earn the right to back or purchase the business for huge amounts because everyone in the world is now cured of everything courtesy of BIT225.
