Who are these "private vendors" and why would WA based prospectors seek out HLX management to entrust a JV to progress these projects ?
There has been considerable exploration $$ spent on Cobar with the narrative that we are one hit away from a new discovery so the expansion in to WA now seems confusing. Also what happens when/if Acta's bid fails. They wont be able to sell on market without decimating the SP so what is their plan B and where does that leave current shareholders.
