- the consideration of 75,000,000 indicates that Hawkes Point were look for a specific amount of proceeds (maybe they now have the rest running for nothing?) - the reduction of holding may be back to a level whereby OBM can more readily join the major indexes - Hawkes Point holdings are still in excess of 31% and still most ‘strategic’ … which may be used as a future carrot to attract a takeover/merger in the longer term
Hawkes Point are probably re-set for a longer term participation and Luke will now have the register security to build the company and not need to be looking over his shoulder for a couple of years.
